Pexto PX Series mechanical shears utilize a low maintenance design, coupled with an array of standard features for an attractive combination of high value and solid performance. The PX410 has an oversized motor and gear box making the machine capable of 45 strokes per minute. The PX410 is ideal for high volume applications and the rated capacity is 10-gauge mild steel, 12-gauge stainless up to 52 ¼” inches in cutting length.
Roper Whitney’s Radius Master is a must for every fabricating shop. It’s a hydraulically operated, self contained unit for making radii in mild steel from 27 gauge up to 7 gauge without having to make blade adjustments and no setup. The Radius Master comes standard with 11 radii from 1/8″ to 1″ – 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, & 1″. Special size radii may also be ordered up to 3″ maximum radii. The 10M14 capacity is 14-gauge mild steel, 18-gauge stainless up to 121.25 inches in cutting length. The 10M14 Series shears are standard with an two edge interchangeable top and bottom, high carbon, high chrome top and bottom blades , independent, self-leveling hold down with neoprene insert, single, continuous and jog stroke cycles, motor reverse switch, precision-machined table, with dual inch/metric inlaid bed scales and non-metallic gibs. Non-metallic self-lubricating ram gibs ensure long life for the 10M14. Maintenance free self-lubricating bearings are standard.
