10M14 Mechanical Sheet Metal Shear
The 10M14 capacity is 14 gauge mild steel, 18 gauge stainless steel and can shear material up to 121.25 inches in cutting length. The electro-mechanical design of the 10M14 provides quiet operation with low power consumption. The shear is initiated by a moveable foot switch. An oversized shield and toe kick plate are incorporated into the foot switch for added operator safety. The 10M14 is capable of 35 cutting strokes per minute.
10M16 Mechanical Sheet Metal Shear
The 10M16 enhances productivity with its extended 126-inch cutting length for 16 gauge mild steel. Combining precision and efficiency, it features a quiet, low-power electro-mechanical design and built-in safety measures like an oversized shield and toe kick plate on the footswitch. The 10M16 includes a manual 30-inch back gauge for precise control and a front material return system to streamline operations. It is capable of 34 cutting strokes per minute and can shear up to 16 gauge mild steel and 20 gauge stainless.
MSE1016
The MSE1016 uses a simple low-maintenance design alongside an array of standard features, bringing high value and solid performance. Its capacity is 16-gauge mild steel, 20-gauge stainless up to 121 inches in cutting length. Standard features include a 30-inch front-operated 2x back gauge system and 4-edge high carbon/high chromium (HCHC) blades and precision bearings. The MSE1016 is available as a standard model or in our popular “Performance Package” configuration, including a 5′ squaring arm, a pair of front support arms, and an air-operated sheet support available in either front or rear material return.
